About Sprout
Sprout Tasmania is a not-for-profit that is volunteer supported. They strive to change the conversation about local food systems and support local producers to grow and farm ethically and sustainably for their community & the environment.
The Brief
Sprout Tasmania wanted to develop a Learning Management System (LMS) to better support its members. A members only platform, it needed to integrate with their current CRM and provide a great user experience. At the heart of the LMS was three core courses for the organisation: Core Farming, Core Business, and Supplementary Learning.
We needed to make sure that these were interactive, provided a good learning environment and allowed users to interact with each other in relevant forums. The learning hub also needed to house a number of free resources with different levels of memberships.
Additionally, with the new LMS we gave their NationBuilder website an upgrade so that the experience was seamless across any of their digital platforms.

OUR SOLUTION

We did an extensive amount of research and working with Sprout to work out the best solution that would integrate with their CRM. As we needed their CRM to talk with LearnDash we really needed to be strategic about the integration and the amount of admin on the client’s side. Their requirement to make sure that the learning management system could function without excessive admin work was always front and centre in out minds.
Smart learning MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A smart learning management system that allows Sprout Tasmania to provide courses to their members. We’ve created an experience where participants are encouraged to keep learning and are provided with all of the information when they need and expect it.

We made sure to be across all of the other little details that give a project the professional edge. Email templates, Newsletters, Certificates etc were all designed and created to be in sync with the brand.
