About Lisa Kingston Flowers

Lisa Kingston Flowers is a family run flower farm situated at Woodbridge in Southern Tasmania with breathtaking views of Bruny Island. The farm is a true botanical wonderland with a focus on local and seasonal flowers.

Established in the early 1980’s – the family farm’s first foray into selling flowers was selling at Hobart’s iconic Salamanca Market. Their flower stall continued to operate over two generations for the next 35 years. In 2006, Lisa took over the family business, and expanded the businesses offerings to include weddings, events and workshops.

The Brief

Lisa tasked Kings Digital with creating a brand that fit the personality of her business. She also needed an efficient online shop for her flowers and workshops, with a desire to showcase the flower farm to create a connection between her customers and her flowers. Kings Digital also needed to provide a sleek tidy up of Lisa’s existing content.

A BRAND THAT RESONATES

We created an elegant, personal, modern, and feminine brand identity using neutral colours and organic elements that resonated with Lisa and her business.

A SITE TO SHOWCASE

Once the branding was complete, Kings Digital designed a contemporary, clean, and streamlined website to allow Lisa to sell her flowers and workshops online through WooCommerce via the WordPress CMS. Lisa boasts a loyal following and client base on Instagram. With that in mind, we designed a website that showcases Lisa’s products to her audience via the online shop. We also created a section of the website for those looking for wedding inspiration, and created a streamlined and user-friendly platform to book flowers for their special day. The wedding gallery has quite a number of images that can now be filtered by the user to find the right inspiration for their nuptials.

STREAMLINED ORDERING

By customising Lisa’s products at checkout, we created an easier and faster ordering experience for all users. We streamlined the order processing to allow orders to now be exported to match Lisa’s existing delivery system perfectly, saving hours of admin each week.
