The Brief:

Ernest Cutler Constructions is a growing Tasmanian construction business focused on delivering high-quality, affordable modular homes. With little existing digital presence, the goal was to build a strong, recognisable brand while generating consistent, high-quality leads.

Through a combination of strategy, brand development, website design, and performance marketing, we’ve worked to transform the business from a word-of-mouth operation into a scalable, digitally driven brand.

Website & Design

We defined a clear go-to-market strategy, refining the brand’s offering and positioning to better connect with its ideal audience. This laid the foundation for a cohesive brand identity and a user-friendly website designed to clearly showcase the offering and convert traffic into enquiries.

The identity emphasised affordability, sustainability, and quality, tailored to key segments such as down-sizers, first-home buyers, and eco-conscious clients.

We then developed a new WordPress site with integrated lead tracking and automated nurture sequences, reducing reliance on offline touch points.

Marketing

To drive brand growth and awareness, we ran a mix of Google and Meta campaigns, with Meta primarily supporting hiring efforts. This approach proved more cost-effective than traditional recruitment channels, while Google Ads delivered consistent, high-quality leads.

Campaigns and creative were rapidly deployed, then continuously tested and refined to maintain strong, efficient performance and identify what resonated most with the market.
