Office Coordinator

The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member who demonstrates attention to detail and knows when to take initiative. The position will assist the Director of Strategy and the Managing Director in all things admin. You’ll be a key part of the team bringing everyone together and helping business run smoothly.

Some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Being the first contact point for prospective clients, triaging enquiries and booking meetings. Nurturing our client relationships.
  • General administration and office duties
  • Management of policies and procedures
  • Some finance/account management
  • Follow up and client feedback management
  • Maintaining internal and client documentation

The skills you’ll have:

  • Amazing communication skills, oral and written
  • High attention to detail and ability to proof work to the highest standards
  • Proactive, able to work quickly towards solutions
  • A determination to solve problems and exceed expectations
  • Highly organised
  • 2+ years experience in a customer facing/client services role
